Property Records

Parcel Search  Property records may be searched by five different criteria: Address, Deed Holder, Contract Buyer, Doing-Business-As (DBA), and Parcel Number.  Links are provided to GIS Maps to view the parcel with aerial photography.

Residential Sale Search  Users can search residential sales with the following criteria: Sale Date Range, Sale Amount Range, Transaction Code, Occupancy type, Style of House, Total Living Area, Year Built, Taxing District, and Appraised Value Range.

Commercial Sale Search  Users can search commercial property sales with the following criteria: Sale Date Range, Sale Amount Range, Transaction Code, Occupancy type, Total Square Footage, Year Built, Taxing District, and Appraised Value Range.

GIS Maps  Links to the interactive maps where the user can view property lines, parcels, subdivisions, lots, dimensions, roads, railroads, and waterways layered on top of aerial photos taken in the spring of 2001.  The user can Zoom, pan, select, identify, measure, and print the images.  Parcels are linked specific property information maintained by the Assessor's office.
