Self-Extracting Zip

This website uses self-extracting zip files to deliver multiple files at once. No additional software is required to open a self-extracting zip file.

Instructions for Downloading and Unzipping Self-Extracting Zip Files:

  • Click on the document you want to download
  • Select the directory on your machine that you want the file downloaded to.
  • When the download is complete open 'Windows Explorer' to locate the file you downloaded and double click it.
  • When the dialogue box with "Unzip to folder:" comes up enter the directory you want the files unzipped to and select the Unzip button.
  • The message "X number of files(s) unzipped successfully" should appear. Click OK.
  • Click Close.
  • The file will automatically unzip and the contents will be placed in the folder you selected.

At times, documents on our website are published in formats from Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007. If you do not have Microsoft Office, you can download viewers for the various Office file formats from the Microsoft website.

Windows Media Video

Windows Media Player must be installed on your computer in order to watch a WMV video file. When feasible an accompanying transcript will be provided for the video.
